The DatukQQ registration process takes less than 2 minutes. Head to the Register, fill in the form with your preferred username, full name as shown on your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and password. After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification link. Click the link and your account will be activated immediately. Registration is completely free.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at DatukQQ. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions. DatukQQ performs age verification during registration and a KYC check prior to your first withdrawal. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and the balance returned to the legal guardian.

No — each individual is only permitted to hold one DatukQQ account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus balances. Deposit & Withdrawal

In rare cases, a deposit may be delayed due to an issue on the payment provider's or bank's end. First, check the transaction status in your e-wallet or banking app to confirm the payment went through. If it shows as successful but your balance hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, contact our live chat support team with a screenshot of your payment proof, the transaction reference number, date and time, and deposit amount. By default, your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit — this is standard industry anti-money laundering policy.
